Andrew Russell

A natural leader with strong commercial insight, Andrew brings over 35 years’ experience in the communications and electrical industry, including 10 years working as the Manager of Communications and Electrical Projects for the former Royal Adelaide Hospital. Andrew is well known and respected in the industry for his ability to effectively drive teams and projects to deliver client and end-user focussed outcomes.

Having previously run his own business for many years, Scott is a keen problem solver and is known by his peers and clients for his exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.

Kevin Bailie

With extensive management experience across the health, Defence, resource, and five-star hotel industry sectors. Kevin’s strengths lie in his ability to effectively support and lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Kevin brings a demonstrated ability to identify well-considered, practical solutions that improve business efficiency and in turn, client outcomes.

Chris Wray

Chris is relatively new to AHT Group but joins us with over 30 years experience in the construction and building products industry and has served on the board of the Timber & Building Materials Association (TABMA). As the Commercial Manager Chris has the responsibility of providing our clients with the AHT experience – ensuring a safe, on time and within budget outcome. Chris believes that a happy and fulfilled personal life allows people to perform at their best at work and he lives that ethos daily. Away from work Chris enjoys almost all sports and can be found playing an occasional round of golf at the Flagstaff Hill Golf Club where he is a member, and claims his favourite hole is the 19th!

Chris has been with AHT Group for just over a year, in the position of Financial Controller. Coming from a similar industry background, Chris has been able to introduce significant positive change to the accounting and administrative process within the company. Chris graduated from Uni SA with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and enjoys spending his spare time with his young children, hitting the gym and bushwalking. He is also partial to exploring new restaurants and bars across Adelaide.  Chris believes in constant self improvement and growth in all aspects of life and sees learning more about oneself as the key to being wholesome and connected.

Shelley Fiegert

Shelley is AHT Group’s newly appointed HSEQ Advisor and brings a wealth of experience from a variety of industries including, Wine, Sports, Tourism & Hospitality, and Manufacturing. Shelley is very passionate about people and their physical and mental wellbeing and has recently completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science where she gained a greater understanding of how people connect and enjoys helping them to be their best. She is driven by hard work and motivation and drives her ethos of “We all come to work for a reason, we should all go home happy and safely for that same reason” by creating a teams focussed work environment. Away from work Shelley loves spending time with family and friends and anything sport, music, food & and wine related. To recharge, Shelley loves spending her time outdoors, preferably on the water.

Jakeb Solley

Jakeb is the Business Development Manager who works with AHT to generate solutions to all our clients and business needs whilst ensuring the most professional and up to date outcomes are being provided. Jakeb believes the most important skill or tool anyone can possess is integrity and communication! With an abundance of large commercial, regional, bespoke and marquee projects, Jakeb has always found enjoyment working in high stake situations with a fantastic group of tradespeople to support the project delivery. In 2016, Jakeb was both qualified as an electrician and awarded Winner of the NECA National Apprentice of The Year in Communications and has enjoyed his time since nurturing the growth of other apprentices to be the best they can be. Outside of AHT, Jakeb enjoys time travelling the world with friends, fishing or playing golf, in any conditions!

Brendan Jones

Brendan is fully qualified electrician with a great understanding of facility maintenance and service. Working heavily on new installations, preventative maintenance and breakdowns in many well established Government facilities. Ranging from major hospitals, public schools and city councils. Brendan has also gained experience across multiple other areas including rural, commercial, and domestic sectors providing a range of experience in electrical and data communications. Brendan is extremely passionate about developing the team and apprentices around him & values client satisfaction. As one of our resident AS3003 specialists, Brendan relishes the opportunity to train and develop our staff on patient area electrical installations. Recently moving into the sales department, Brendan has taken a shining to the role working closely with Chris, Jakeb and Steve to further develop our already strong customer base. The thing Brendan enjoys most about his current role is achieving the best outcomes for our clients!

Steve Heald

Steve has worked in the communication industry for 35 years starting out with British Telecom doing copper jointing and fibre optic cabling way back in 1987. Additionally he has worked in various fields like data installation, fibre optic, MATV before becoming installation manager. Steve moved to SA in 2003 starting out as a Data Tech, before moving to an estimator position for the last 10 years – joining the AHT Group in 2018 in his current role as estimator. Joined AHT Group in 2018. Recently naturalised, Steve still loves his football team Crystal Palace and away from work enjoys going to the gym and playing golf badly.

Kim Mandell

Kim is AHT group’s Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator, and general ‘go to around the office’! She has been with the AHT Family for over a year now and has joined us from with experience in the Tourism & Hospitality Industries, working for key South Australian Brands such as Great Southern Rail (Journey beyond) and The Adelaide Oval. Throughout her career Kim has had the chance to immerse herself in many different experiences, a highlight being her first test Match at Adelaide Oval. She graduated from the University of South Australia studying a Bachelor of Communications & Media, majoring in Marketing. Kim was also lucky enough to win a scholarship to study in Montreal Canada at Concordia University. Kim is a great believer in hard work and strives to learn something new every day, as well as helping her peers to do so as well! Kim is continuing to immerse herself in the Trade & Medical industries, and is consistently motivated by the amazing staff that AHT Group are lucky to have as well as the constant challenges that this Industry brings!

Tori Liddell

Tori Liddell is our Service Coordinator within the service operations team. In her role she assists in many of the administrative duties, as well as helping to develop work procedures and has recently completed a Certificate 111 in Business. Tori has a passion for learning and is driven to exceed in all that she does. In her spare time, Tori enjoys going on hikes and doing arts and crafts. Tori strongly believes that nothing in life is a failure, as it is through these challenges, we learn our greatest lessons.

Denatah Treloar

Denatah is our Administration and Finance Officer, while also being the go-to girl for various tasks. Denatah joined AHT Group at the beginning of 2022. Prior to that, she spent over 7 years working in Local Government in her hometown as the Fire Prevention Officer, Compliance Officer and Administration support to the Environmental Health Officer and Waste Management Coordinator. In her spare time, Denatah enjoys socialising, visiting her family and friends back home, delving into a good book, being involved in her local sports club both volunteering and playing netball, while also enjoying a beverage on the sidelines watching the footy. Denatah lives by the quote ”it is what it is”, accepting that sometimes life throws you a curveball and instead of dwelling on it, move onwards and upwards!

Scott Grindrod

Scott is one of the original AHT Group Team members, being with the company for over 10 years. Scott is AHT’s Nursecall specialist and has extensive industry experience. He recently completed his Certificate IV in Telecommunications Engineering Technology and has moved into his next career challenge as AHT’s Specialist Technician Manager. Developing this area of the business is something that he is very passionate about.  Scott enjoys a round of Golf, spending time with his partner and dog. He is a passionate animal lover and outside of work he has also spent time volunteering for The Lost Dogs of Adelaide. One of Scott’s biggest motivations is providing customers with the best solutions, in a timely manner and to a high standard!  When asked what motivates him, the quote by Thomas Edison is something that Scott lives by; ‘I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.’

Steve Drury

Steve is a long-term employee of AHT Group & is the Project Supervisor based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Steve oversees the ongoing Electrical Maintenance, Installation & Repair work associated with a front-line Hospital.  He has a long history in the Health & Defense industries & values the importance of Customer satisfaction & a cohesive team. Getting the job done on time, on budget, safely & to the client needs are important to him. Steve values his leadership role & leads by example. He is always looking to further upskill & train his team. Away from work Steve can be found working on cruising or racing his cars, tending to his garden or spending quality with his children & grandchildren.

Michael Carbone

Prior to joining AHT 5 years ago as an Electrician, Michael had a number of years experience with domestic and large construction. He was part of the major infrastructure projects for the Adelaide Oval and the New Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) build where he developed a superior knowledge of Electrical Systems and infrastructure in the Healthcare Space. Michael now leads AHT's dedicated on site teams at the New RAH and the Women's and Children's Hospital. These dynamic environments require excellence in quality and compliance, with timely 24/7 response. Michael believes in strong values of trust and that mutual respect between work colleagues encourages the greatest results. He also believes that safety, workmanship and quality control should always take precedence above all else.

Milan Chester

After running his own business for many years, Milan joined the AHT team in 2020. As a Project Manager Milan has successfully been able to draw from his experience in Residential, Commercial and Automation, and apply it to his current role to bring about positive experiences for his clients and staff alike. In addition to Milan's on site experience his previous involvement in the supply chain provides him with a unique overview of how the process works and further enhances his ability to get the job done. When not working, Milan loves nothing more than whipping up a storm in the kitchen or on his BBQ and washing it down with a well earned drink.

Iain Bryce

Iain has been with AHT for a little over a year and is a Project manager with more than 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. Iain has had a varied working life from his industrial beginnings as an apprentice, working many roles within the wholesale industry, a five year holiday in the South of England, employed as a construction electrician. Following this, Iain returned to Australia and set up roots in Byron Bay where he owned his contracting business, servicing the Far North Coast of NSW, before returning to Adelaide in 2006, which saw him employed as a contractor on the old RAH site. Iain has sought progression in his career in the last couple of years and is very happy with the role he has with AHT and is confident he can transfer his industry knowledge and methodical approach on to the team. Iain is a proud father of 3 and is due to become a first time Grandfather soon with the two youngest in High School currently keeping him young! Away from work Iain and the family are heavily involved at the Brighton Rugby Union Football Club where he remains a committed player and coach! Iain is excited about the challenges the next year or two will offer up and hopes to continuing growing with his role at AHT!

Dean Bastian

Dean has been employed with the AHT Group for several years and has been in the electrical industry for a staggering 42 years – what great experience. A qualified electrician, Dean has run his own business, worked in construction, industrial, mining, domestic and maintenance and has a healthy knowledge of health. His knowledge of the old RAH site (Now lot 14) is second to none. In his time away from AHT Dean loves his football (soccer) and attends most Adelaide United games and has coached for many years. He loves his Woodville West Torrens Eagles and has a passion for working on and driving 60s/70s Australian and American cars.
