Denatah is our Health Coordinator, bringing a diverse background in administration, compliance, and Local Government operations. She joined AHT Group in early 2022 as an Administration and Finance Officer before transitioning into the role of People and Culture Advisor. Her diplomatic approach, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to confidently navigate complex situations made her a natural fit for the position. However, Denatah felt her skills and experience were best utilised in a more hands-on operational role, leading her to her current position within the business. Prior to joining AHT Group, Denatah spent more than seven years working in Local Government in her hometown, where she gained extensive experience across a range of roles, including Fire Prevention Officer, Compliance Officer, and providing administrative support to the Environmental Health Officer and Waste Management Coordinator. Denatah brings a wealth of knowledge, a willingness to embrace new challenges, and a genuine commitment to continuous learning. Her ability to build strong relationships and adapt to changing environments makes her a valuable member of the AHT Group team. Denatah lives by the motto: “It is what it is.” She believes that when life throws you a curveball, it’s best to accept it, move forward, and keep striving for success.
